Compared to other venue options, our rustic  venue is a blank canvas, giving you the flexibility to personalize your wedding experience and insert a little authentic country charm. Situated on a 200-acre horse farm, we offer the space and privacy you need to create an event that is truly yours, no matter what you choose.

When you book an event, you can be confident in knowing that the Estate is exclusively “yours for the day”, we never have more than one special wedding at a time, so you can relax and privately enjoy the luxurious facilities and gorgeous setting. For our weddings, the benefit of being able to set up the day before means you can just enjoy the “big day”.

It will smooth the process of planning the big day dramatically and make it as stress-free as possible for you and your family.  Our caterer offers a wide variety of wedding menu and rental packages that are sure to  meet your expectations.

We are fully booked for weddings for the 2020 season and are now booking 2021 and beyond.

Wedding Venue Rentals for 2021.

Venue Rental  $9750 plus hst.

(Catering and dining rentals are in addition to the venue rental.)

The venue is totally exclusive to each couple, you can be assured you will be the only couple booked at the venue for your big day.

We only offer one event per week so the choice is yours if you want Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The rental rate is the same.

The Venue Rental allows day before access from Noon to 8.00 pm for couple and bridal party to prepare, meet with vendors, set up décor and florals and hold rehearsal.

Day of 9.00 am to 12.30 am for wedding couple and bridal party,

Guests from 4.30 pm to 12.30 am.

Day After 10 am to Noon for collection of any decor or personal items 

 Venue rental includes:

Ceremony area with Arbour and seating for 150, additional chairs can be rented.  Cocktail area,  Large Tent with Five Chandeliers, White Drapery, twinkle lighting, select country décor and furniture items and large white dance floor.

Use of the Grounds, Dock and Pond, Brides Retreat, Grooms Cabin. Complimentary one wedding night “Mini-Moon” B & B for bride and groom.  Elegance 2000 Gala Bathroom trailer, Wheelchair accessible Toilet. Free Parking. Security Staff.

 We strongly encourage our guests to work with our recommended caterers. Gourmandissimo  and Feast Your Eyes are very highly regarded in the industry, always receive rave reviews from our clients, know the venue intimately and are expert in catering in a country environment.

We do allow approved outside caterers. A $300 Landmark charge applies to outside catering companies. A copy of our catering protocols is available, please ask.

Alcohol can be supplied by the couple and served by our catering team, or a full bar can be offered by our Caterer.
