Wedding Venue  Rental 2021

We offer a spectacular and unique venue for your rustic elegance country wedding, with a variety of options available, accommodating both outdoor and indoor functions.

We don’t have a minimum guest requirement, but our permit maximum is 200 people at any one event.

When you book an event, you can be confident in knowing that the Estate is exclusively “yours” for most of the weekend,  so you can relax and privately enjoy the luxurious facilities and gorgeous setting.

What’s Included in the 2021 Venue Rental

Venue Rental  $9750 plus hst.

(Catering and dining rentals are in addition to the venue rental.)

The venue is totally exclusive to each couple,  you can be assured you will be the only couple booked at the venue for your big day.

We only offer one event per week, so the choice is yours if you want Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

The rental rate is the same.

Day Before: Access from Noon to 8.00 pm for couple and bridal party to prepare, meet with vendors, set up décor, florals and hold rehearsal.

Day of : 9.00 am to 12.30 am for wedding couple and bridal party,

Guests from 4.30 pm to 12.30 am.

Day After: 10 am to Noon for collection of any decor or personal items 

Venue rental includes:

Complimentary use of the Venue for Engagement Photos.

Complimentary Stay :  one wedding night “Mini-Moon” B & B for bride and groom. 

Ceremony area with Arbour and seating for 150, additional chairs can be rented

A  varied choice of ceremony sites such as

  • The Dock on the Trout pond.
  • Forest Glade.
  • In the Paddock
  • At the Gazebo

Various cocktail areas available.

Large Courthouse Tent with Five Chandeliers, White Drapery, twinkle lighting, select country décor and furniture items and large white dance floor.

The Courtyard with surrounding gardens.

The Brides Retreat for ladies of the bridal party. Access the day of the event from 8:00 am. to 12:30 p.m.

Elegant 1,200 sq. ft. space with  bathroom and kitchen, sitting room and aesthetic room. This is reserved for the bride and ladies of the Bridal party.

The Groomsmen’s Cabin a rustic cabin where the groom and best man/groomsmen can relax on the day of the event. Access the day of the event from 11.00 am. until Ceremony.  Comes stocked for fishing! For the groom’s party only. 

Wheelchair accessible location including wheelchair washroom.

Use of exterior locations on property for wedding photos on the day of the event. Prior dates can be arranged.

Receipt and check in of your rental items prior to event.

Onsite portable restrooms  Elegance 200 Gala Trailer

On Site Parking (parking staff available)

Security staff on the day of the event from 8:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Décor accessories for the Pine Room and Courthouse   are included in the venue rental

  • Four (4) 24-inch crystal chandeliers. Two (2) brass chandeliers

  • Dessert table/pie bar includes a tall table with two pine pie racks.

Vendor Service provider meetings on site, up to one hour, by appointment.

We strongly encourage our guests to work with our recommended caterers. Gourmandissimo  and Feast Your Eyes. They are very highly regarded in the industry, always receive rave reviews from our clients, know the venue intimately and are expert in catering in a country environment.

We do allow approved outside caterers, as long as they are expert in outdoor venue catering. A $300 Landmark charge applies to outside catering companies.

A copy of our catering protocols is available, please ask.

Alcohol can be supplied by the couple and served by our catering team, or a full bar can be offered by  the Caterers.
